I second Salsa Spanish! http://www.gpb.org/salsa We do it once a week. Ds8 wants to do it first thing in the morning, even before (or during) breakfast! When we finish it, we will do the knowitall.org that suzukimom linked to.

We’ve had a fun year with Salsa and plan on using the Knowitall videos next. My kids are 6, 4, 4, and 2. We just watch the videos and then I write down the words we’ve learned and post them near our kitchen table. We talk about the words and use as many as we can.
I’m also going to look for simple books in Spanish at the library, and may throw in the odd Spanish TV program just for fun.

We are doing French, but are also using the Knowitall videos with our kids (2, 3.5, and 6). My 6 year old is also working with The Learnables software, which we don’t love (it’s not super exciting), but IMO is a better option than Rosetta Stone for younger kids if you want something computer based. I think it is also available in Spanish. In addition to that, we also read simple French children’s books and watch French cartoons on YouTube. My main goal is exposure at this age and any speaking they attempt is just gravy as far as I’m concerned at this point.

Did you find a Spanish program you like? We love La Clase Divertida. Several families in our homeschool community use it for their kids ages 4-10 and I have never heard a complaint. It is fun, hands on, uses songs and repitition to really learn the vocabulary and phrases. my boys are in 1st and 2nd this year, and we are almost done with level 2.

We’re using Speedy Spanish. It’s simple to use, and for this ages I feel it’s enough. At the moment I’m using the primer, which is nothing more than a reader and some worksheets. Volume 1 has quite a bit more work. It also has memory verses and songs.
