What is a pole bean seed?

    I need them for science experiments but I am not sure exactly what type of bean this is? Is it any type of green bean/string bean?

    String beans can be divided into two categories: bush and pole. The pole varieties grow on vines which can be trained to grow up, on a pole, thus freeing up garden space. Read the seed packet to be sure.
