I’ve never tried it, so I’m not much help in the matter….So, can anyone tell me what elderberry jelly tastes like? Thanks! My youngest has had blackberry jam recently and said it was similar but sweeter. Yay! (Especially since we were given two jars of the stuff.) I’m going to give some to my husband next time I make pancakes….sweets for his pancakes AND it is good for him! If so, it is common in GA where we had it at Callaway Gardens several years ago. Glad your kids love it!
