I find a lot of inconsistant info. on the age appropriateness of her books. Can anyone give me an idea of when her books would be valuable reading? Are there any that just stink-on-ice and should be avoided?

    Thanks, Rachel

We’ve enjoyed her books but I would recommend them for at least mid-elementary and up.  One that we almost avoided because of the title was The Witches Brat, but it’s a don’t miss books.  I’ve not come across any that were not great.

    My children’s ages are almost (dd)10 and (ds)10 1/2 (ds/with a reading level of 7th gr.).

I think they should be able to handle them, your ds especially.

I would also avoid Sword at Sunset, Rachel.  I don’t recommend this one for children of any age.
