My font size is large but I have to agree with others that the color is still really hard on the eyes. Needs a darker color to balance out so much light, if that makes sense. Appreciate you all.
Doug, I’m on Firefox and as I am typing this the font is much darker and easier to read though the outline of the box is as Misty said very, very, very light, making it hard to see.
Just wanted to say I love the new look and I’m having no trouble reading the colour/font. Great job!
A little question: I happened to notice (earlier this week when the forum first came back) that there was a line under the topic title showing the name of the person who started the thread/post. Although it was only up for a day or two, I found this to be a nice feature; I remember thinking it would be such a useful little way to help all of us remember the perspective of the OP (i.e. stay on track with the original question) as we’re composing replies. Just thought I would point this out in case anyone else felt the same way and of course only if it were simple to reinstate.
Thanks again, SCM team – the new forum looks terrific!
Blessings, Angie
@Angelina, We removed the extra information because it added just enough clutter that it was hard to scan through the topics quickly. As soon as you click through to the discussion you see the original poster and all of the other detail anyway.
Just another little comment about the forum home page….if you got rid of how many minutes ago a reply had been posted (and just defaulted to “hours” once 60 minutes had passed), you would tighten things up by a line & make it quicker to scroll through recent posts.
For example, when something was posted “1 hour, 34 minutes ago,” the word “ago” doesn’t fit within the space, so it wraps down & takes up an extra line. Do you see what I’m saying?

Yes, I’ve been trying to figure out how to do that.
Will the font in the reply box ever be larger? When I type, the font is tiny, and I am struggling to see it well. (Yes, I have old eyes)
also, so, the font on the forum lists is tiny, will that change?
Yes, those are both on the list to improve. I would like the editor font to be the same as what you actually will view when posted.
