    Does anyone have a  list  of favorites to share? Maybe even by state? I thought that I had seen one in the forum–maybe even years ago–but I cannot find it in my searching. We are using the Visits To but would like to add in some more picture books. We have already used the Holling books. Thanks in advance!

    For what ages?  Five in a Row books have various settings that could work well for you, grades k – 5.  Also the Discover America series by Sleeping Bear Press has a book for each state.  There is a similar series for countries, like E is for Eiffel Tower.

    Thank you, Wings2fly. Your lists and suggestions are helpful. The ages are preschool, fifth and ninth. We have loved the picture books that have been suggested in the guide so we were just looking for a few more.
