Hey, just met Charlotte Siems at the library! I know she is just a regular person but I greatly respect her, so for me this was like meeting a celebrity ;0). I had to work up the gumption to introduce myself.
Anyway, she is very nice (of course) and looks even better in person than she does on the computer. It was fun seeing a web person…in person!
What a blessing! I also had the opportunity to meet her at the Ttapp retreat last month. During our conversation, she spoke such truth about the beauty of motherhood that I was in tears. You are right, she’s even more lovely in person!
I am so glad you got to go to the retreat! I have always wanted to go to one. Right now I am just blessed that I live in a place where people actually know what Ttapp is (thanks to Charlotte). I have always had to explain it to people ;0).
I never even looked at this thread until this morning after seeing TTapp mentioned on The Wellness Mama blog. I just assumed it was a curriculum I hadn’t used.
So, those of you who use it, please share your thoughts…
Works great when I am consistent! 🙂 I am overcoming some health issues so it is slow and steady for me! I worked out last week almost everyday and it was too much for me! I will be healing on the inside first! But have had some results in lost inches! If you have no health issues, then the 14 day bootcamp will be great for you! You will see great results! Have you checked out the testimonies on ttapp.com?
Like 2flowerboys said, consistancy is the key…and slow and steady wins the race when it comes to Ttapp. You might want to try some of the sample videos on the website. Personally, over the past year, I have had incredible results with Ttapp and can testify that the testimonials are real! Here’s a great article that explains it more http://www.t-tapp.com/media/ttappdifference.html.
