Transition Copywork – What Age?

    How old were your kiddos when you transitioned to wide rule paper?  I read a previous post that said they transitioned after cursive.  We won’t be learning cursive writing.  Both my boys have nystagmus and children with nystagmus have a really hard time reading cursive writing.  So cursive aside at what age do you recommend making the transition?

    My oldest is in second grade and is using wide rule paper. And so is my first grader, but he could have waited longer . . .
