to lapbook or not to lapbook….

NJcountrygal = LOL!  5 states a week is a nightmare!  I don’t guess you cover much more than the state and capital, by the time you’re done with all the cutting and pasting.

For my class, the kids don’t do any writing – with their ages, they just aren’t able to take notes yet or write small enough to fit it in.  I typed out all the info and they just glue it in – MUCH easier.  With my own kids, I let them dictate what they want a mini-book to say and I’ll write it for them.
