My dd is just starting 1st grade this year with SCM, and I am wondering with module 1 if we should be incorporating a timeline, or is it too soon? Will we cover enough different events to make it worth our time completing a timeline? Suggestions? Thanks!
You can start a family book of centuries – where you do the writing in it. You won’t complete it in a year, but it’ll be fun to keep track of what she’s learned. That’s what we use for my DD’s 8, 6, 4, and 2.
