    I was looking for a recipe (GAPS) and ran into this blog.  It reminded me that several of you lovely ladies are following THM, so I thought I’d post a link to this blog.  Maybe it will encourage those of you who are fans.

    It worked for me this time!  This is a great resource.  I have been wanting to look at the GAPS diet for awhile.  Thanks!

    This particular blog seems to be focussed more on THM, but has GAPS recipes labeled for readers.
