I need a quick, easy supper suggestion, with hardly any ingrediants that my kids will love that is very little work….. lol.  Any suggestions?

My kids will eat anything on a tortilla— PB&J, cheesy, their favorite is pizza sause and shredded mozz– then they pop it in the microwave for 45 seconds.

One quick item I prepare is a cheese quesadilla. They are simple and quick. I use any two size flour tortillas I have in the fridge and spread shredded cheese in the center. It cooks in a skillet in about 3 minutes (about 1 1/2 minutes each side). Cut in four’s and serve with sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, taco sauce or whatever your kids would like. I use this for a quick lunch item, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work for dinner too.

Thanks everyone…. I found some leftovers in the fridge, so we are good for tonight.

We had pancakes for dinner, a Sunday night staple here :o) I love that since it is summer I had fresh blueberries to put in them and cherries to serve on the side, yum!

We were laughing the other day about the “glorified bread and water” (pancakes and syrup) we always ate on Sundays after church.  It was my mom’s quick and easy method for feeding us all.  =)
