    My 2.5 year old boy LOVES the Susan Hammond story tapes I got for him. I got the idea from the CM Companion book. I want to get more but I know many will not be age appropriate for a pre-schooler and I want it to be a moral story as well. Anyone know of any good story tapes or places to get some for a good deal? We do have a cassette player, btw, since getting cassettes are so much cheaper than cds.

    My girls listen to a lot of tapes/CDs:

    Jungle Jam

    The Pond

    The Adventures of Sir Bernard the Good Knight

    Your Story Hour (some are intense, you will want to preview for younger kids)

    Jonathan Park (for older kids)

    Library sales are a great place to get books on tape.  We have several that the girls listen to over and over:  All of a Kind Family, The Moffats, Little House in the Big Woods.
