Ds will be starting K soon (haven’t decided yet if summer or fall), but the planner in me is already looking for stuff for grade 1. I know TQ is good for history; I’ve read what others have said about it. I found Pleased to Meet Ya America by Jennifer Steward (Steward Ship Publishing) at CBD and the sample looks like something I would want to try. It didn’t include the booklist, though I could probably use TQ for that or come up with my own. Although the author calls it a unit study, it doesn’t cover all subjects. Have any of you used it? Could I use it for supplemental activities while using TQ or my own booklist? Could it be made CM friendly?
And please, don’t answer if you don’t know anything specific about it. I’m having that problem with this question on another hs forum.
