Just a brief note that I will be stepping away from the forum. It has been a great place of encouragement to me over the years and I may return at some point. At this time, I need to put energies elsewhere.
I can be reached via PM which sends me an e-mail, if need be.

I will miss your posts here, Christie. I have learned so much from what you have shared through the last few years since joining the forum. I understand needing time to focus on priorities of greater importance however, and wish you well!

We will miss your insight and wisdom tremendously, Christie, but understand that sometimes it’s necessary to take a long look at how we spend our time – and re-prioritize. I, too, find myself struggling occasionally with the amount of time I spend reading this forum (and others), learning, sharing and just enjoying the company. When I begin to put my kids off in order to finish a post, that’s when I know I’ve somehow gotten my own priority list mixed up.
In any event, Christie, I can’t begin to tell you how much I have learned from you over the three years I’ve been reading this forum. You have been a beautiful Christian example of the servant’s heart, incredibly generous in all you’ve put forth (the monster sized book list, the amazing schedules and the discussions on grammar, just to name a few)! Thank you for all you’ve shared on homeschooling, family and all the rest. I do hope we see you back here sometime in the future. If you ever take a trip up here to the lakes of Central Ontario, I’ll be first in line to show you around!

I have not been on the forum as much these days, but I still check out what is being discussed, can’t help it
. You will most certainly be missed, as you add so much knowledge to the discussions, but it’s understandable when real, live people need you more, like family. Take care.

Thank you for always sharing your documents and ideas and supporting us, Christie. I am going to try to spend less time here too, as I have many projects to finish. I hope you will be back when the time is right.

I will miss you. You have been such a wealth of information. My prayers to you on your new stage in life and drop us all a note when you can it will be welcomed with loving arms! I think it’s always a good time to look at the time we spend and on what, for me also I will be only dropping by on and off as we will be back into school and I wont have as much free time. You will be missed. Thank you for all your time and supporting us as we grow in learning the CM philosophy.
