    Ok so I have the program for Startwrite and love it. But need to know …

    My old computer died. I have to re=install the program on the new one. I have the CD but can not find the box. So I don’t have the serial number. Does anyone know if there is away to get a serial number so I don’t have to rebuy the entire program. I have the CD and am not happy that the box is missing? I was so happy to find the CD in the book for the program and thought I’d be set but was sad to see I am still at a loss.

    I’m sorry, I don’t.  In the mean time, Worksheet Works is a free alternative that we use.

    This happened to me once, and they still had my purchase info at the company, and were able to give me my number again.  Their contact info page is here:

    I had to call to get mine, too. The company was most helpful.
