Starting SCM with an older student…

    I have a family in my group desiring to start SCM with an older student (8th grade). It isn’t possible for her to finish the 6 years before graduation.

    Any recommendations?

    One possibility: They might be able to combine modules 1 and 2 into one year by using Greenleaf Press’s Guide to Old Testament History and just adding the Ancient Egypt and Ancient Greece books for 8th grade from the SCM curriculum guide. Then they could do Modules 3-6 for 9-12th grades.
