St. Louis convention Friday evening meet up

The St. Louis convention is only a week away and we’re all looking forward to being there!
On a previous forum discussion we talked about meeting up at a restaurant Friday evening so everyone could get to know each other. The exhibit hall closes at 5:30 pm so it shouldn’t be too late. We have a couple questions for all of you…
1. Who would be interested in coming (and how many people with you)? That will give us some idea of a place that will work.
2. Do any of you locals have suggestions for a good restaurant to meet. We’re thinking it should be some place that is not too far from the convention location, isn’t terribly loud, can accommodate a small group, and wouldn’t be a problem for individuals coming and going and ordering on their own. I’m looking on the Google map for some ideas but that’s no substitute for those who know the area.
Let us know what you think and we’ll go from there.
I’m hoping to be there for dinner! Still working on arrangements for my kids, but that’s my plan at this point.
I lived about 15 minutes away from the conference location for a whole year, but alas never eat out and really didn’t pay attention to anything in the area. I’ll look on GoogleMaps though and see if anything strikes a chord of remembrance.

The only restaurant besides fast food that I know of/where it is close to the convention area is Olive Garden. 😉 I’ll look as well.
