Doug SmithKeymasterRegarding copywork resources, stay tuned later today or tomorrow. Hint, hint.
TiaParticipantDoug! Please stop it! I cannot buy one. more. thing! I’m not buying it. You can’t make me. 😛

JennNCParticipantI think the fact that Tia posted that twice means she really, really means it. 😉
Definitely staying tuned. 🙂
TiaParticipantLOL! Oops. 🙂
LindseyDParticipantCome on, Doug! I just bought Hymns in Prose cursive yesterday! This up-selling thing is a conspiracy!
Just kidding. I love your resources. And knowing SCM, whatever you’re baiting us with is probably excellent and worth every penny.
I digress.

Sonya ShaferModeratormariahk, I probably would not have your daughter do the same exercise again later in the week. You might keep a list on the side for your own benefit of words that she stumbled on because she was distracted or thought she knew but didn’t. A word like “will” is going to show up often in future exercises. So if you keep a little list on the side, you will know which words to encourage her to study when they show up again.
If you want to, you could do a little review of “ought” and “will” later in the week before beginning the next exercise, but I’m afraid that doing the same exercise over will seem tedious and could result in even less attention. A new passage should secure better attention probably.
Just my $0.02 worth.
Sonya ShaferModeratorMay I just say that the new resources are the result of discussions on this forum? So it’s your own fault.
JennNCParticipantOoooh, can’t wait to see! You guys are awesome.
TiaParticipantI’m sure it will be awesome and fabulous and something I just must have. But I’m not buying it. I’m not! At least I think not…
lol
Doug SmithKeymasterHere’s are some sneak peeks…
my3boysParticipantI need to have another kid!!
Maybe I’ll just re-teach myself…..
MommaK5ParticipantOh wow! I can’t wait to see these!
suzukimomParticipantThey look nice …. but we just had to do italic… Lol
missceegeeParticipantDoug, it’s tomorrow. I love the sneak peek and now I want to see it ALL. Pretty please. Pretty, pretty please. Can you tell that I am a bit too eager.
ETA – I found the Print to Cursive book in the bookstore. Hehehe. It looks terrific, even for someone like me who teaches cursive first.
