I am behind in the Spelling Wisdom books and seeking some advice! My 5, 6, & 7 graders are nearing the end of the school year and are all still in Book 1. This is my question, should I bump up my almost 8th grader to Book 3 and skip the rest of book 1 and book 2 or is it important that she do all of book 1 and book 2 before starting book 3. Thank you for any help in this area!

I think the vocabulary gets harder as you go up (????)
The passages always start out short and get longer as you get toward the back of the book no matter the level. But I think the words and grammar might get harder.
Good question! I’m waiting for someone else to speak up too.
