Speaking French with Miss Mason

Has anyone here had experience with Speaking French with Miss Mason and Francios?  We used Rosetta Stone last year.  I want to like it.  I like the concept.  My daughter liked it, but we had a difficult time keeping it running.  IT kept having issues that would entail a 45 minute chat with a tech from India to get it to load again.  This happened multiple times last year and she lost several weeks due to finding time to get it resolved.

I do like that I really can be rather hands off with Rosetta Stone.  I have a feeling that wouldn’t be the case with Speaking French with Miss Mason.

Any advice?
