There once was a homeschooling mom
Whose spam-hunting showed great aplomb
“What a waste of our time,”
She cried in a rhyme,
“I’ll report you to SCM dot com!”
….and that’s all I have to say about this recent rash!

Someone in this world may want a cheap jersey,
Personally, I prefer stuff posing as meat.
Anyone on SCM would want a good book,
Might even take twaddle or a game that’s real neat!
Sue, I am really impressed with “aplomb”. I admit that I had to look that one up. Did you use a rhyming dictionary or are you just brilliant?

Well, I have to admit, although I was familiar with the word “aplomb” and have used it in writing and conversation, it didn’t spring to mind at the time…..so I looked up rhyming words, saw it, and exclaimed, “Eureka!” And I wasn’t even vacuuming at the time….
