My son is 15 and I am wondering if should just skip to Practical Happiness. He needs tough material, not things for youngish minds.

    What do you think?

    Thanks

Rachel, I read Boyhood and Beyond with ds11 in 5th, however, it was very applicable to me as an adult woman. I was convicted as I read many of the chapters and the Lord used that book to speak to my son in very specific ways. I’m planning to read it with or have my girls read it – ages 8, 14. Yes, it may be geared younger, but it was a very worthwhile read, imo. I’m planning Practical Happiness for ds next year in 7th.

I love his books and I agree w/Christie, I think it is good to read for people of any age.

Thanks everyone for your opinions. Sounds like it would be a beneficial read-aloud for myself and my dd (14), as-well-as my son.
