Simply Grammer

With my husband’s work changing and our budget tightening, I’m evaluating the books I have here. What do I really need to keep for my son, who is 5? What do I really need for my daughter, who is 9.5? What can I sell to help buy missing pieces for next year?

I purchased Simply Grammer two years ago, in anticipation of next year, for 4th grade. This year, we began Spelling Wisdom and Using Language Well. I plan to continue with both of these next year. Any benefit to using Simply Grammer? Keeping Simply Grammer? Honestly, I haven’t really read it or looked at it.

For language arts, I pretty much follow the recommendations on this site. I’m pretty much inline with the curriculum guide. It is just so simple and clearly laid out for this still fairly new homeschooling mom. 🙂
