Should we continue Spanish?

I took a delight-directed approach, I guess. We started Salsa http://www.gpb.org/Salsa in 2nd grade. We finished it 2 weeks ago and started http://www.knowitall.org/instantreplay. Ds8 hates it and wants to do Salsa again. I don’t know if he’s just being stubborn and refusing to give it a chance b/c the format is different. I’ll admit that, on our computer at least, the picture is grainy and it’s hard to hear. I don’t know of anything else that is free. (Our library doesn’t subscribe to Mango).

So my question is:

(1) Do we go through Salsa again?

(2) Do we use Instant Replay although he doesn’t want to?

(3) Do I save up for Adventure Spanish? (I like the looks of it, but it’s expensive, and how do I know he’ll like it after I’ve spent all that money)?

(4) Do we drop foreign language for now? As I stated at the beginning of the post, I only started it b/c he showed an interest, and now the interest is gone.
