I’m getting the Server Error notice again that tells me to refresh, then I’m locked out. I can only see one student, the one I don’t need. When I try to see the student I want, Christy, it gives me the Server Error. I had it earlier this morning. Too bad I didn’t print her schedule then.
It fixed itself. Hope it stays fixed. I have had random things reappear in the Scheduler and Daily Plan – things which we completed quite a while ago. Another strange quirk.
The server error probably just came at the few moments when we were installing some fixes.
As far as things appearing where they shouldn’t, if you can give us a few details we’ll have a look and make sure that part is working correctly. You might want to use our contact form rather than post all the details here, though. Thanks.
Thanks, I deleted them so I don’t remember what they were. If it happens again I will save them and let you know. I am happy to report that now I can add more lessons to a resource and get it to appear on the Daily Plan but still I can’t get it to let me rearrange them. I can rearrange them but it won’t refresh on the Daily Plan.
