Self Evaluations

Hi I am fairly inexperienced at this discussion forum stuff but a year or so ago I was on here and was reading about what someone was using to evaluate their kids progress. I don’t grade my kids work but I found this persons self-evaluations very helpful for my kids to reflect on their own growth in personal habits and also how they were growing and displaying the Fruits of the Spirit. They also liked filling them out each quarter. Well, to make a long story longer, I used to take the kids out for breakfast at the end of each quarter and we would fill them out and somehow last year I must have set the folder down that contained all of my original copies and each of my kids evaluations from 2 yrs!! I looked and called all the places I could have possibly left it and have never recovered it!

Does anyone know of these forms that I am referring to? I got them off of this discussion forum several years back. If not, does anyone use anything similar they’d share with me? Thanks! SK
