Searching for post about melatonin

Hi, everyone. I’ve been searching for a thread that included a mention of using melatonin to help with sleep issues. One of the posts was from a mom who said something about discontinuing melatonin once her son approached a certain age (11? 12? not sure) and using magnesium instead.

At least, I think that’s what I remember, but I can’t find the thread for the life of me! I give my son melatonin to help him sleep well through the night, but I want to know why it was the other mom said she discontinued the melatonin with her son. I hope someone who recalls that thread can reply.
