scm grade 5 science

I am looking at the Apologia Exploring Creation with… materials and am looking for suggestions of which one to do first. Do they go in any sort of order as far as difficulty or building on concepts, or can they be done in any order? Also for 5th grade would the regular workbook or Jr. workbook be better? Any comments of this science course as opposed to Noeo Science? Would love some input as this is our first year using any of this material. Thanks so much.
