I just signed up for my SCM organizer and have been having fun tonight learning about it! Thank you to everyone who has put this together; it’s simply wonderful!

My question is: How do you schedule a book or “something” that is to be read or done less than once/week. Say the Burgess Bird Book we only read twice a month? I’m sure there is an easy way, and I’m just not seeing it.

    Thank you!

    Suzanne,

There are a couple of ways to handle this that I can think of. One is to make divisions called Week and then label your divisions with which week you want to cover that book and when it pops up on the in between weeks, just don’t do it. Another, just ignore it on the schedule until you choose to work on or complete it. The third is to schedule it for a Saturday and that way it isn’t on your daily schedule, but you can choose worked on/completed for any date you want.

    HTH,

    Thank you….I’ll try that.
