It’s always been like that for me.  Just thought that’s the way it was supposed to be.

We’re not sure what is going on yet but we’re investigating. Next time you run into that problem please try forcing a refresh of the page and then try again. You do that in most browsers by holding down the shift key while you click the page reload button.

Please let us know if that works or not. It will help us narrow down the cause. Thanks.

If you are not able to post here you can use our contact form or e-mail me directly at doug@[the name of this site.com].

Things seem to be working better this morning, I logged in and for this post it stayed logged in, fingers crossed it is ok.  I will try your tip Doug if it happens again and force a refresh.  Thanks for looking into it.  Linda

It happened to me this morning, and forcing the refresh worked.

I’ve had days where I cannot login either. It’ll start over for the login for whatever reason.

Today it showed an error so I did the shift key while hitting reload page button and then able to log in. I can tell when I won’t be able to login because there will be extra print above the login area…

When you see that extra gibberish print it means the page did not load fully for some reason. If you reload the page then everything should work properly.
