Just finishing up level B in RightStart with my daughter. We have loved it so far. It does teach the way that she learns, but I really need to find something that is going to require less time. We took 12 full months to complete the 140 lessons in the book. We needed a lit of review in order to fully grasp all of the concepts. Any suggestions for a similar program that is less time consuming?

My daughter transitioned nicely to CLE Sunrise light units after finishing RS level B 1st edition.  I think she started around level 205 in CLE.  It lends itself to being more independent, especially in 3rd/4th grade and up.  My son got through RS C.  I was very pleased with RS, but the time commitment was too much with two in it.  We did continue to use the AL abacus with CLE work.  I have the book Activities for the AL Abacus that helped me supplement CLE where my son struggled.  But my daughter is more math minded and has kept going very well in CLE.
