Request for Prayers for the Gulf

    This is not a CM issue it is a people issue – Please let us all take time to pray for all those who are about to face a huge challenge on the Gulf Coast. I am sure there must be some CM families out there – but for all the people let us pray for their safety. As someone who lived through Katrina in Biloxi, MS – my heart aches for all of them. Let us strive to help in any way we can during this terrible time. Lindy

    God is bringing reminders my way, as well. Yesterday our pastor mentioned that Gustav had hit hard in Cuba, where we have a sister church. Today we drove past a house that had porches that reminded me of a New Orleans style house — another reminder to pray. It was misting on the windshield — another reminder.
