Our desktop bit the dust during our last PCS this fall (where our Genesis-Deut-Egypt guide was0. I had already printed Term 1 out … but now, it’s time for Term 2. I was going to just re-purchase the guide (since it’s only $11), but there is no “Add to Cart” button showing up on my laptop. I fiddled around for a few mins, then thought, maybe there was a way my purchase could be looked up, and the link just re-sent to me?
If not, that’s fine. But where is the “Add to Cart” button?!
Thanks so much,
kathi
Doug SmithKeymasterNo need to re-purchase it! We’re always happy to provide a new download of your e-books. Let me see if I can find your order then we’ll get in touch.
I’m not sure why you’re not seeing the add to cart button but I’ll look into it. What web browser and version are you using?
baileymomMemberThank You! I so appreciate it!
… using google chrome. Is that what you needed to know? The button was showing up on my iPhone.
Doug SmithKeymasterYes, thank you.
baileymomMemberGood morning, Doug. I’m sorry to be a pest … but I was going to purchase the Ancient Egypt and Her Neighbors ebook, and the “Add to Cart” button still is not showing up for me. I even opened Internet Explorer to see if that helped, but no. What should I do?
Thanks again for your help,
Kathi
Doug SmithKeymasterDid you use the “Choose an option” menu to select the e-book version? The cart buton won’t show until that has been selected.
baileymomMemberyep.
Doug SmithKeymasterI just sent you a private message with some instructions to help us figure out what is happening. Thanks.
Jackie BetancourtParticipantHi Kathi,
This is unrelated, but I sent you a couple of messages and hope you are getting them. Thanks!
