I’ve been using the CM organizer for a couple of months now. I love it, and I thank you all for creating it. My question is this: We are expecting a baby in July; so we are going to finish our current school year in April. We will immediately start again the following week with the new “school year” and complete about a month of work before breaking for summer. We then plan to start again at the beginning of October.
What do I need to do in order to break from the organizer for the months of June through October? I will have entered our new school years schedule as of the month of April. Will it still be there in October if I am not using the organizer for months June through September? This has me stumped. I hope you can clarify.
I’m so glad you’re finding the CM Organizer helpful! Currently it is set up to guarantee your data on an active account only. So if you are doing the monthly subscription option, your data is guaranteed to be there as long as you continue your monthly payments and keep your account active. If your account goes inactive, your data may be erased; we can’t guarantee that it will still be there once you start doing the monthly payments again.
Now, a possible option would be to do the annual subscription instead. It is discounted to give you a couple of months free during the year. With the annual subscription, once you’ve paid, your account stays active the entire year even during the months you take off. And you’re really paying for only ten months anyway, so it works out well.
Bottom line: as long as your account stays active (paid), your data should stay in place too.
