Question about the Hearing and Reading, Telling and Writing book….

    Does this book talk about language arts for middle school and high school? Or is it mostly focused on the elementary school years?

    It is a collection of Charlotte’s actual writings about the “language arts” as we call them. Since we are all on various places in our journey of narration and composition, I think that it would apply to all ages as we start a CM language arts program. 

    To be more specific re: your question, yes, there are places that she wrote specifically about the upper grades and those are included throughout the book. =)

    Thanks!  Yes, I see what you’re saying.  I guess I should have worded my question as, “Did Charlotte Mason talk at any length about “language arts” in the middle school and high school years?  If so, are those talks included in the book?  🙂
