    I have a used copy that has some photo-copied pages. There are 3 pages unaccounted for. Can you tell me if they are just blank pages that I don’t need or if I’m missing actual pages? This is the workbook of the set. The book says it was revised 1996, 1998, 1999 and the pages in question are pages 6, 10, and 30. Thanks!!
