I sent some messages on the Download Help Page, but have not gotten a reply. I ordered 4 ebooks yesterday and have no links, and no confirmation email either. I did, however, get a confirmation email from paypal. What do I do now?
Amanda, I’m so sorry about the download error. I think Yahoo may be blocking our e-mail to you. You would normally also get a receipt from us that includes the download links. Did you check to see if it ended up in your spam mail box? If you see any of our messages there be sure to mark them as not spam so the system learns.
Here are some instructions to help make sure our mail gets through:
Open your Yahoo! mailbox.
Click Mail Options.
Click Filters.
Click Add.
In the top row, labeled ‘From header:’ make sure ‘Contains’ is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter simplycahrlottemason.com
At the bottom, where it says “Move the Message To:” select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
Click the Add Filter button again.
