Problem with adding resources

    I have been trying all day to add resources and I keep getting an error message or it times out. Anyone else having this problem?

    We’re not aware of any problems on our end and have not received any other reports.

    Be sure to include the the full error message you are seeing and let us know what Web browser software and version you are using. We’ll then take a look and see if we can figure out the problem.
