One more question for you. The programmer is trying to rule out various possibilities. Do you know whether you have the Auto-Complete feature turned on in your Internet Explorer browser? If so, it might be auto-filling some fields that are messing up the form. To check whether it’s turned on, go to Tools > Internet Options and click the “Content” tab. Then click “Settings” next to Auto Complete. Ideally, you should not see a check box next to “Forms.” If that box is checked, that might be the answer to the mystery. Let us know. Thanks!
