same with Fencing – i just added this and had to go in and edit the divisions again multiple times for it to be correct.

I’m passing along all your comments. I’m curious about your theory on the divisions box. Maybe that will be the key to unlocking this mystery! I’ll let you know as soon as the programmer finds anything. Thanks so much!

Can you check on that Usborne encyclopedia of the world resource, please? The programmer is seeing it in your resources list and wants to make sure you can see it too. Go to Account (upper righthand of screen) and click on Resources. It should be listed there. Is it visible to you?

One more question for you. The programmer is trying to rule out various possibilities. Do you know whether you have the Auto-Complete feature turned on in your Internet Explorer browser? If so, it might be auto-filling some fields that are messing up the form. To check whether it’s turned on, go to Tools > Internet Options and click the “Content” tab. Then click “Settings” next to Auto Complete. Ideally, you should not see a check box next to “Forms.” If that box is checked, that might be the answer to the mystery. Let us know. Thanks!

So good to hear he thinks it has been figured out! Usborne/World is not saying it has been deleted anymore, but the first division is still missing – can he just add back in the 1st division and then i’ll enter the name? i will try adding something and see what happens! THANKS!!!!

YAY! Just added a resource with 24 divisions and had NO problems! 🙂

Wonderful! You should be able to add in another division to Usborne/World and then drag it up to the top, number it one, and give it the title. This may be a good test for the fix! Let me know what happens.
