Preschool books

    I have been using the SCM book list but some book are out of print so are very expensive and also my library system doesn’t have them. I’m curious what your must-have-books are for 4 and 5 year olds. Maybe your top 5 must-reads.

    Our favorite preschool books have been Mother Goose, Beatrix Potter stories, and Winnie the Pooh.

    Check the Five in a Row booklist:  Make Way for Ducklings, Miss Rumphius, Story About Ping, Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel, Madeline…so many wonderful books!

    Thanks to all, 🙂 I get so wrapped up trying to make sure we get every book on the list but I know that’s not absolutely necessary. 🙂
