PM Question for Doug

    Doug I tried to send a PM and got the message that either my in/out box is full or the person I was sending it to had a full box.  Do I need to empty my PMs?  Thanks.  Linda

    Did you get that error message by e-mail or through the private message in the forum?

    I got the message when I tried to send the PM…

    It turns out that the software is limited to 50 message threads. I hadn’t realized there was a limit until just now. As far as I can tell, that is 50 threads (topics) not individual messages.

    So, yes, you’ll need to clean out some old message.
