    I have the blue book and dvd – is it different in any way from the Green dvd and book I saw at CHAP yesterday?

    The blue book and green book contain the same material. The green DVD is an updated recording of the workshop, done in a different format to better walk through the steps in the book. (The blue DVD is a recording of a live workshop, while the green DVD is presented like you’re one-on-one with Sonya.)
