- 4th – Genesis through Deuteronomy & Ancient Egypt
- 5th – Joshua through Malachi & Ancient Greece
- 6th – Matthew through Acts & Ancient Rome
- 7th – Middle Ages, Renaissance, Reformation
- 8th – Early Modern
- 9th – Modern
- 10th – Middle Ages, Renaissance, Reformation
- 11th – Early Modern
- 12th – Modern

- 4th – Genesis through Deuteronomy & Ancient Egypt
- 5th – Joshua through Malachi & Ancient Greece
- 6th – Matthew through Acts & Ancient Rome
- 7th & 8th – Middle Ages, Renaissance, Reformation
- 9th & 10th – Early Modern
- 11th & 12th – Modern
