Don’t know if this interests you, but I think I’m going to get Family Time Fitness4Homeschool for my little ones. I downloaded the two day sample, and they loved it! And it’s so easy for me…I may even put my 12yo in charge of it sometimes! http://www.familytimefitness.com/fitness4homeschool/Fitness4HomeSchool.php
I am planning on using the 5BX (XBX for girls) fitness program from the Canadian Air Force. It is dated, (60’s) but was used in Cubs and Scouts in Canada in the late 60’s & 70’s as well. For boys, it has 5 simple exercises to do each day – I think it is supposed to take about 10 minutes. It starts at a base level, and the exercises get more difficult (and more repetitions) as they advance – but they only advance based on how they are doing. There are recommended maximum levels by age range, although it is noted that is for an average person of that age, and there will be variations. The program is designed for age 6 to adult, if I remember correctly.
For girls, it is the same except the exercises are a little different, and there are a few more of them.
ruthm — I like the price! I’m curious if anyone else has used this? I only have two boys, so large group games aren’t that easy for us. I’m always looking for substitutes.
