    The list is almost complete, yeah:)  It worked out amazingly well to connect everyone and we had an even number.  The only bit of challenge is the 10-14 yr. old boy range—only 6 boys and not many similar interests.  I think different interests will be o.k., except we have a 10yo paired with a 12yo.  Maybe not a big deal. 

    If you have a 9-13yo. boy that you would like to sign up, or a boy in that age range who wouldn’t mind a 2nd penpal, please let me know.  Two penpals really isn’t a lot. My kids ea. have about FOUR and are signing on here again (letters are spaced, most don’t write much).  As soon as I get this squared away I’ll post a list!!

    Sonya or Doug, if you’re watching, I’m assuming this is an o.k. thing to do here.  If you have any guidelines you want me to follow before posting, please just let me know.  Thanks!  Gina

    My ds (9) wouldn’t mind a 2nd penpal.  You can sign him up for another one.  A boy that is a year or two older is fine.

    My 13 and 14 year olds wouldn’t mind having another penpal. Please feel free to sign them up for more!

    Thank you, Jen!  We would only need one to round out the group.  Would one mind if I only signed up the other?  Or does anyone else have a 12-14ish boy who would take another?  Thanks!  Should have it all figured out soon:)  Gina

    Oh, I’m so sad I didn’t get in on this…how fun!  If not too late – my daughter, 7, would love to do it…

    She likes ballet, art, sewing, designing clothes for her dolls, nature, animals, swimming, being silly and as she will tell you, most of all Jesus.  

    If it’s too late, please don’t worry about it…  🙂

    Oh man!  I haven’t had a chance to talk to my kids about this (boys-15, 12, and almost 11).  They’ve been out of town for two weeks with family.

    Meagan—do your kids want to do it for sure?  If so, I think that will round out our older boys just about right.  Please let me know ASAP.

    Yes, they’re interested.

     

    15 y.o. interests: drumming, soccer (goalie), anything military, Marvel comics (favorite-Captain America), art, paintballing

    12 y.o. interests: Legos, travel soccer, art, Marvel comics, collecting action figures

    10 y.o. interests: Hot Wheels, Legos, soccer, Marvel comics, Awana

    I have a 7 yr old daughter who would like a penpal.  She’s interested in nature, animals, swimming, art, crafts, books…..   I failed to sign up originally, but could possibly be a match for Meagan’s daughter.  No problem if it doesn’t work out.  Blessings, Melissa

    O.k., ready to post!  I will post a list for boys and one for girls.  Please just PM your partner(s).  If you have an eager writer who happens to be paired with a more laid-back one, please hold no ill will:)  If there is interest, I could likely do something like this in the summer for people to add on an additional penpal if they wanted to.  Thanks!  Happy writing:)  Gina
