    So I bought Pencil Pete, but can’t get it to work on my computer… a problem I will solve, but until then…  I’m trying to schedule it and I’m not really sure how. 

    Do you just go in alphabet order?  Do they have a suggested syllabus that I’m not seeing somewhere?  What about connecting letters together – it seems this is just for individual letters – is that correct?

    Donna Young has some letter animations for cursive on her website – has anyone used those?  I’m wondering if that might be a good alternative or supplement.

    I do similar letters. Clock face – acdgoq. Then continue. It doesn’t matter. Donna young’s animations are similar. I don’t think both are necessary. We move to copywork of small words after learning letter formation. While we do the words we practice connectors. It’s not been a problem at our house.
