Padraic Colum or Roger Green?

    These are in reference to the Greek Myths books. I can get the Colum books free at Librivox, but I can also get the Green one’s with my audible acct.

    Which author is more challenging? Mine are 12 and (soon-to-be) 13. We liked Green’s Ancient Egypt Tales and the Colum Ireland Tales were okay (I thought a little wordy and hard to follow).

    I am heavily influenced and persuaded by Green’s background of having been w/Lewis and Tolkein.

    Any recommendations?

    I know it’s nice to have free, but Green is always going to be more readable than Colum.  Just the way it is.  We prefer Green.
