The other day we were discussing what we could get as a family for our kids this Easter. We are trying to start a little farm here so I said, “What about getting a bunny this year? You have always wanted a Easter bunny?”. My 4 yr old son then replies, “Well will it lay Easter eggs!” He just had this tilted head, little serious face going on and all we could do was laugh. They are so cute at this age.
Just wanted to share. So nice to have such a pure heart. Misty
I had another one last night. My children were asked to do a project on what they might want to be when they grow up. They had to present it to us and my 4 yr old of course wanted to be apart of it. So we let him stand up take his turn and he loves Thomas the Train so he wants to be an engineer. So we are asking him questions about and and it goes like this:
Mom, “so how long do you think you’d like to do this job for?”, 4 yr old, “till lunch then I will come home!” LOL
Obviously we were talking about for how many years, etc. Now hours. But so cute he had us rolling!
