Misty, I have yet to venture in to making my own (I know I can, I’m busy making sunscreen and laundry detergent) but the one I buy from a local herbalist called Aller-free has: schizandra, elder flower, cubeb, milk thistle, marshmallow, poke root, fo ti, hyssop, thyme, tribulus, anise seed, black pepper, ginger. 1:5 alcohol, water 50:50
I am on the east coast of central Florida (about 20 min south of cape canaveral) so I ln pretty sure this is configured for this area. I would think you could find a recipe for your area online. I know as soon as I start getting stuffy from blooming plants this drys it up quick.
On a comple side note, just found a recipe for pickled garlic! So you can eat it raw and get all the benefits without dieing from how spicy it is! I pinned it and I can’t wait to start it (it takes about 8 weeks)
